Instructions:

In a large pot over medium heat, heat the olive oil until hot. Add the mushrooms and cook until tender, about 5 minutes. Add the shallots, garlic, lemon zest, and cayenne pepper and cook for an additional 2 minutes. Whisk the stock, half and half, greek yogurt, flour, wine and parsley together in a bowl until smooth. Add to the pot and bring to a simmer. Cook for 10 minutes, or until thickened. add salt and pepper to taste

Add the crab meat and cook for an additional 5 minutes, or until heated through. Serve hot with some fresh parsley leaves for garnish if desired
